With more than 30 years’ experience working with building law, and compliance, Rosie has spent her career translating complex requirements into practical guidance that works in real-world environments.
She founded Building Networks in 2000 to support organisations in applying building rules consistently and defensibly.

Working part-time around her young family, Erica brings a sharp creative eye and strong attention to detail. With experience in web content and digital design, she maintains brand consistency across our platforms and supports course materials through thoughtful design, layout, and formatting. An avid learner herself, Erica is also a whizz with graphic design.
Grant leads our online clinics, forums, and training events, alongside running his design practice, GMB Design. With over 30 years’ experience in project management, design, and building compliance, he focuses on practical, real-world solutions.
