I've worked in building compliance for over 35 years, helping organisations understand and navigate New Zealand's building compliance requirements.

During that time I've worked across the building and property sectors with government agencies, councils, industry associations, building owners and facilities professionals, trades and designers, providing practical advice, education and guidance on complex compliance matters.

I established Building Networks to share knowledge and improve capability across New Zealand's building and property sectors. Today I work with organisations on strategic projects, industry initiatives, speaking engagements, and independent advice where practical experience and an objective perspective are valued.
